Visiting Mark and Sarah, October 2002

First we stacked ours and their Flexifoils at the local rec, in pretty heavy winds. This was Debbie's first go with a stack, and she was impressed.

After that we went to Duxford Airfield, part of the Imperial War Museum, where we saw a lot of aeroplanes. Pretty scary stuff in places: a Polaris missile was on display, as well as a portion of the projected 1000mm Iraqi Supergun (last picture but one). That Supergun is probably the closest the real world has ever got to James Bond...
